At FurClean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-refundable items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after 30 days

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
